Two Distinct Opportunities

Peer Review Board: members is ideal for clinicians, researchers, patient and family representatives, administrators, and professionals with expertise in patient experience, communication, quality, safety, equity, digital health, or related fields. Members help maintain the scientific rigor and clarity of JPX submissions by conducting thoughtful, constructive, and timely peer reviews. This board is foundational to our mission—ensuring that every published article supports real-world improvement in health and care experiences. This role is well-suited for professionals seeking to deepen their scholarly skills, contribute to the field, and engage with an active community of reviewers worldwide.

Editorial Leadership Board: members serve as a strategic advisory group composed of senior leaders, experienced scholars, and recognized experts in patient experience and healthcare transformation.
